Top 10 Indian Ceo's of International companies

India's progress has been way ahead since few years, when it comes to technology, education, sports , and now our stock market had also overtaken France and had ranked 6th largest in the world and also our economy has created records. Though there are many big companies which are ruling over world like Reliance and Tata etc, but there are some Indian CEO's who are leading Foreign international companies and making our country proud. So let's see some Indian CEO of international companies in the world.
 

1. Sundar Pichai - CEO of Alphabet and Google

Sundar Pichai is born in Madras from India and he was taken degree from IIT college of Kharagpur in Metallurgical engeenering. Pichai joined google in 2004 where he led the product management and innovation efforts for a suite of google's client software products, including google chrome and chrome as well as being largely responsible for google drive. After that Pichai was selected to become the next CEO of google on 10, August 2015, after previously being appointed Product Chief by CEO Larry Page. Later he stepped into the new position at the completion of the formation of Alphabet Inc, the new holding company for the google company family. Sundar Pichai is very big fan of Sunil Gavaskar and Sachin Tendulkar and wanted to become cricketer at first.

2. Satya Nadella - Chairman and CEO of Microsoft

Satyanarayan Nadella was born on 19 August in Hyderabad from India. He is the executive chairman and CEO of Microsoft, succeeding Steve Ballmer in 2014 as CEO and John W. Thompson in 2021 as chairman. Before becoming CEO, he was the executive vice president of Microsoft's cloud and enterprise group, responsible for building and running the company's computing platforms. The main thing is that he also wanted to become cricketer and he was professional cricketer too but unfortunately he can't able to play further

         3. Ajay Banga -  Executive chairman of MasterCard

Ajay Banga was born on 10 November, 1959 in Khadki, Pune, Maharashtra, India, where his father was an army officer. His family is originally from Jharkhand, Punjab. His father, Harbhajan Singh Banga is a retired lieutenant - general who served in the Indian Army. Banga went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University followed by PGP in management ( equivalent to MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.  Later he beame an executive chairman of MasterCard, having previously served as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company from July 2010 until December 31, 2020 . MasterCard announced in April 2010 that Bang, previously it's chief operating officer (COO), would become president and chief executive officer, effective July 1,2010, and member of the board of directors effective immediately.

4. Shantanu Narayan - Chairman, President and CEO of Adobe Inc. 

Narayan grew up in Hyderabad, India in a Telegu speaking family and the second son of mother who taught American literature and father who ran a plastic company. He attended Hyderabad Public School. He earned a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering from university in Hyderabad. To complete his education he moved to United States and received a Master's degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He has been the chairman, president and CEO of Adobe Inc. Since December 2007. Before this he was the Company's president and cheif operating officer since 2005.

              5. Jayshree Ullal - CEO of Arista                  Networks

Jayshree Ullal was born on 27 March, 1961 in London and raised in New Delhi in India through her school years. She eventually attended San Francisco State University where she graduated with a B. S in engineering (electrical). She went on to Santa Clara University where she received a master's degree in engineering management. And she became American billionaire business woman, president and CEO of Arista Networks, a cloud networking company responsible for the deployment of 10/25/40/100 Gigabit Ethernet networking in the data center.

6. Rajeev Suri - CEO of Nokia Inc. 

Rajeev Suri was born on 10 October 1967 in Delhi, India and was later raised in Kuwait. He is a Singaporean citizen. Rajeev Suri has a Bachelor's of Engineering ( Electronics and communications) from Manipal Institute of Technology, which was affiliated to Mangalore University at that time. He was appointed as CEO of Insmart in February 2021. He was previously the CEO of Nokia until 31 July 2020. Before being appointed Nokia's CEO in May 2014, he was the CEO of Nokia solutions and Networks from 2009 and held various positions within Nokia since 1995. Suri became the CEO of Nokia when the sale of Nokia's phone division to Microsoft mobile was completed, replacing Stephon Elop. He is an alumns of the Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka state of India.

7. Nikesh Arora - CEO and Chairman of Palo Alto Networks

Nikesh Arora was born on 9 February 1968 to an Indian Air Force Officer. Arora completed his schooling from the Air Force School (Subroto Park), and went on to graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU in Varanasi, India with a Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering in 1989. He has held the CFA designation since 1999. After that he became the chief executive officer (CEO) and chairman of Palo Alto Networks. Arora was formerly a senior executive at google. He served as the president of softbank Group from October 2014 to June 2016. On June 1, 2018 , Arora took on the role of CEO and Chairman at Palo Alto Networks.

8. Dinesh C. Paliwal - CEO, Herman International

Paliwal was born on December 17, 1957 in Agra, India as one of seven children in a family of Modest means. He married IIa Sharma after attending University of Roorkee. His father, Ram Chandra Paliwal, was a nationally renowned social leader who worked closely with Mahatma Gandhi  and other leaders in India's freedom movement. He obtained an engineering degree with merit from the University of Roorkee ( now renamed as the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee), India. Later he became president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Harman International, a provider of audio and infotainment systems for the automotive, consumer, and professional markets, from 2007 to 2020. Paliwal currently serves on Harman's board of directors.

9. Vikram pandit - CEO, The Orgen Group. 

Vikram Pandit was born on 14 January 1957 in Dhantoli locality of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, to an affluent Marathi family. His father, Shankar B. Pandit, was an executive director at Sarabhai Chemicals in Baroda. Pandit studied at Bioshop Cotton School in Nagpur, and then completed his schooling at the Dadar Parsee Youth Asseembly High School in Dadar, Mumbai. When Pandit was 16 years old, he moved to the United States to attend Columbia University for his undergraduate program in 1977. Later he became Indian - American banker and invester who was the chief executive officer of Citigroup from December 2007 to 16 October 2012 and is the current chairman and chief executive officer of the Orgen group.

10. Indra Nooyi - CEO of PepsiCo

Nooyi was born in Madras ( now known as Chennai), Tamil Nadu, India. Nooyi did her schooling in Holy Angels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in T. Nagar. She has consistently ranked among the world's 100 most powerful women. In 2014 , she was ranked at number 13 on the Forbes list of the world's 100 most powerful woman on the fortune list in 2015. In 2017 , she was ranked the 2nd most powerful woman in business. She serves on the boards of Amazon and International Cricket Council. Philips has proposed that Nooyi join their board in May 2021.
