1. Waking up early
Waking up early is not only to see sunrise but it improves our mood so that we can concentrate on your work whot day. And also there is lower chance of obesity and other chronic diseases. So it's very beneficial for our body.
To wake up early, first we have to go to bed early so that we can get quality sleep. Because good sleep helps to keep your skin healthy. During sleep, your skin cells regenerate, while increased blood flow and collagen help repair environmental and UV damage. Waking up early can also give you more time to do breakfast. So it's better to woke up early and work on your dreams while others are still dreaming on it.
2. No Phone
Yes, it's been a huge benefit of using smartphones but it has also crossed the limit of using it. It has became a habit to the people that instead of exercising, they are getting stuck with their smartphones and reacting to other people's stuff. Instead of starting your day proactively focusing on your goals, they giving importance to others. It is polluting your thinking and negatively impacting their productivity and mental health. Walking up immediately and checking your new messages and emails and other stimuli would put you in stress and anxiety. And it will pull your attention, giving you no time and space to start your day calmly. Using smartphones in morning alos hijeck your time and attention which will effect on your thoughts and ideas. Breakfast is the most important thing in the morning. It's gives you energy to start the day. Also it helps regulate blood sugar level by breaking the fast and providing your body with fuel it's needs to function properly throughout the day. Eating healthy breakfast also improves behaviour and increases the ability to learn and focus. Studies show that especially students who eat breakfast perform better on math, matching, memory and creativity tests. There is a substantial amount of research that shows that breakfast helps with weight loss and decrease the risk of becoming overweight.
Research shows that adoscents who eat breakfast regularly tend to weigh less. How this happens is not entirely understood. It was popularly believed that when individuals skipped breakfast, they would overeat later meals. Breakfast should consist of whole grains like bagels, hot or cold whole-grain cereals, whole-grain English Muffins and whole-grain waffles. Lean protein like eggs, legumes and nuts, etc. So it's the most important thing to have breakfast.
4. 15 minutes of HIIT Cardio
As breakfast, doing exercise is also one of the thing to start your day energetic. In exercise you can do HIIT cardio workout for 15 minutes everyday. Regardless of the type of HIIT, it's thought the health improvements are caused by the rate, rather than the amount, at wich skeletal muscle glycogen ( carbohydrates stored by the body for energy) is used. This is turn leads to improvements in fitness, Metabolic function and health.

Meditation has many wonderful benefits for stress management. One of the most valuable aspects of meditation is that it can also help one feel less stressed in minutes if used as a tool to simply relax your body and mind. It helps you to get into the practice of responding to the challenges in your life from more relaxed, mindful place rather than reacting to life's challenges out of fear, and it can help you to get in the practice of letting go of grudges and redirecting yourself away from rumination.
Despite the many benefits of meditation, it can be an intimidating practice to begin. Perhaps surprisingly, many people don't try meditation because they believe it's difficult to practice or only effective with regular, lengthy sessions. Not true!
6. Take Cold Shower.
Many people prefer to take warm shower to cold showers. But some studies have shown that using cold water may be beneficial to physical andmental health. Also taking cold shower can make a person feel more alert, largely due to it's effects on the body. It helps us to increase heart rate and higher blood pressure also elevate our respiratory rate. Cold water also increases the body's metabolism because it has to work harder to maintain a stable temperature. However, because the typical duration of a cold shower is only around 5-10 minutes, a person should not rely on its metabolism-boosting effects as a weight loss technique. That said, cold showers do create sense of invigorayion and alertness, which may prompt a person to be more physically active. Although those who took cold showers were less likely to call in sick for work, they did not report fewer sick days. So it builds stranger immune system.
7. Set 3 goals for the day.
If you set 3 goals everyday and start working on it then you will able to successfully set and achieve personal goals for yourself and you will experiences many benefits. Firstly, goals give you a direction and destination.
They give you something to aim for and direct your efforts towards. They help guide you to where you ultimately want to be in life. Setting lifetime goals is like choosing the destination you ultimately what to reach. Therefore, instead of wondering through life, you are able to determine where you want to go.
